Click on the icons below to open the complete Community Action Plan On Aging report or specific portions of the report. Clicking on the CAPOA - Full Report icon will open the complete report. The other icons allow you to open only specific parts of the report. For instance, if you are only interested in the housing portion of the report, click on the Housing icon to open a .pdf document that contains only that section.
